OK! I'm loving the app but ether I'm blind or have the Warforged been forgotten in the playable races? Would love to be able to make my Warforged characters on this app.
The Warforged has not been published in any official book yet. Therefore it doesn't show up in the DDB builder, either.
Warforged are from an old Unearthed Arcana article. Wizards of the Coast isn't letting them add things from old Unearthed Arcana articles.

It is in homebrew however; if you pay the subscription you can use it
You can also enter it via the homebrew system yourself, as long as you don't attempt to publish you can use it for private use.

I put eberron5e's version in Homebrew but it wasn't my original work so I haven't published it.
