Even if someone did, it would be illegal to publish it because that would be plagiarism, so you could never get it. Doesn’t it come with the adventure?

I agree. Heartofjuyomk2’s pointing out that missing Monster Stat Block so it can be entered correctly by the DDB staff is a contribution that will benefit the whole comunity. Isn’t that nice?

OP has a point, this is an unusual one. The adventure text describes everything needed to create a stat block, but it doesn't appear to have a monster entry or appear in the Dungeon Denizens appendix of the book. I don't have a physical copy of the book to see how it's laid out there. Constructs are varied enough that I think this one deserves a monster entry here. I'd have to side with OP on this one.
Oddly enough, this also appears to be the first forum post about it.
