At this point, the team has said that this will only happen if Wizards of the Coasts turn these equipment vehicles into statblock vehicles. Actually, that's not the terms they've used, but when they've responded the distinction between the two categories hasn't been spelled out clearly. Basically they have said "when Wizards publishes wagons and carts that are vehicles, we will include them as vehicles." Which leaves a lot of people scratching their heads, because in regular English wagons and carts are already vehicles. But in D&D 5e, they are not "vehicles"--that is they are not part of the new vehicle rules and mechanics.
What I'm calling stablock vehicles are part of those new vehicle rules; things like the ships from Ghosts of Saltmarsh and infernal war machines from Descent Into Avernus. They have actual statblocks with things like AC, HP, and even ability scores (!) as well as combat actions. It is this kind of vehicle that is provided on the Game Rules>Vehicles page and on the character sheet under Extras>Vehicles.
Wagons, carts, etc. are equipment vehicles. That is, they are listed in the equipment section of the Players Handbook and do not have statblocks with AC, HP, etc.
Mules and Horses are not vehicles, but beasts--although they may be harnessed to a vehicle to make it move. They do have (monster) statblocks, so are listed with monsters and not vehicles.
I realize this seems non-sensical, but it is the way it is. It is my hope that one of the books coming in 2020 will include statblocks for "equipment vehicles" like carts and wagons. Or, even better, that they would release a free pdf with statblocks or those equipment vehicles that are in the SRD (System Reference Document) and/or Basic Rules.
I also hope that eventually we will be able to homebrew vehicles, whether or not Wizards ever provides statblocks for "equipment vehicles"
On the topic, its possible to add Boats and vessels to the extra Tab of the Character sheet.
Where are the Infernal Machines from BG:DiA?...
They have statblocks since they're on the site in the vehicles section, but you can't add them in the Extra like you can with boats/mounts/companions/etc.
It would be highly convinient to have them.

You can add boats and vehicles to the extras tab.
Go to extra, click manage extras, the expand the dropdown, you'll see vehicles at the bottom
Is it available the job " land vehicles maker" ?????
Is it available to auto-tunning those vehicles ?????
I think there's a HOLE in the D&D rules
What exactly are you talking about? The rules for vehicles can be found in Ghosts of Saltmarsh (for boats), Descent into Avernus (for infernal war machines) and Acquisitions Incorporated (for the battle balloon and mechanical beholder)
I love that we have a vehicles page now. It would be great if you added the various horses, mules, carts and wagons to it.
Thanks!
