I wonder if it would be a difficult task to add a few tags to filter spell searches. A few I would really like to see added:
Concentration / Non-Concentration / Repeated Save / Single Save / STR save / DEX save / CON save / INT save / WIS save / CHA save / Parallel Saves / Single Skill Check / Repeated Skill Check / STR Skill Check / DEX Skill Check / CON Skill Check / INT Skill Check / WIS Skill Check / CHA Skill Check / Area of Effect
For example:
Charm Monster : Non-Concentration - Single Save - WIS save
Synaptic Static : Non-Concentration - Single Save - INT save
Banishment : Concentration - Single Save - CHA save
Hold Monster : Concentration -Repeated Save - WIS save
Detect Thoughts : Concentration - Single Save - WIS save - Repeated Skill Check - INT Skill Check
The lack of inflection in text means that a reader of any post adds their own inflection as they "verbalize" it in their head. I write long and repetitive in an effort to be clear and avoid my intent from being skewed or inverted. I am also bad at examples. It is common for people to skim my posts pull out the idea they think I mean or want to argue against or focus on my bad example instead of the point I am actually trying to make. I apologies for the confusion my failure to be clear and concise creates.
Many (though not all) of these are already filter options in the spell listings. Or do you mean in the character sheet?
So I looked again and found the advanced filter... feel appropriately stupid... but they don't have
Parallel Saves Area of Effect / Single Target Single Save / Repeated Save Single Skill Check / Repeated Skill Check / STR Skill Check / DEX Skill Check / CON Skill Check / INT Skill Check / WIS Skill Check / CHA Skill Check

I feel like these filters would make finding the right spells for you a lot easier. Anyway, thanks for your time.
