I like the idea of DM notes, but it's be great have multiple sections of notes and make them SEARCHABLE and make them public or private case by case.
A) Locations - Notes about a city, region, etc
B) Player Notes - Private notes about a character so I remember things
C) Misc Notes - Factions, motivations, whatever went down this session, coming up next session, etc
Having just one section the way its laid out now is not all that helpful as a day-to-day use. It'll get too lengthy and hard to find the information that's useful.
Agreed. One workaround I’ve used while I wait for more tools for organizing DM notes is spoiler blocks. You could use that for the various sections. It’s a bit of a kludge, and still gets unwieldy as the notes grow, but I have found it helpful.

Good idea. I haven't dug too deep into it yet. Our next campaign probably won't start until July or August so I've got time.
