i have been trying to make things on this site. i can make them and type in the information but i still don't understand how to use the system in place. if gives the basics to get started but i think more detail in how to create something is needed as i have no clue how to add actions for features and how to put the information in so it can be seen on the sheet.
i have been through all of the tutorials i can find and yet the explanation isn't any more clear after wards. i have tried to use the tool tips and everything and nothing make it any clearer to me so what i am suggesting is a simpler tutorial for creating the homebrew content.
Well, DDB plans to completely change the homebrew tools, so no official tutorials will be made before that happens. So you will just have to learn from what is available.
The way I figure something out with homebrew is to make a copy of an existing thing that is similar and see how it did it.

There are a number of tutorials over on the homebrew forum.

There's also a video on feats, which shows how modifiers and so forth are added:

You can also check YouTube, there are a few tutorials there (I imagine).
But you really should actually look for some tutorials before giving feedback that tutorials are needed.
