Is there a reason we can only create Homebrew Subclasses, but not a full Class?
I went in with my friend and got the Legendary Bundle and the Master Tier and, while it's awesome, we're upset that we can't create a new Class for a campaign idea we have.
I'm surprised that I can't find anyone else asking about this when I search "Create Class" in the forums.
Is there a reason we can only create Homebrew Subclasses, but not a full Class?
Homebrew by nature is very difficult to code up especially with how it was done for this site. Subclasses were difficult enough to put into place so trying to make tools for full classes is not as easy as it seems. Put simply: it's very hard to put it into place with the system of homebrew they currently have.

Me too, since I just went to search forums entered the words create class and found a whole bunch of posts and threads where it was discussed. I also re-did the search to put in homebrew keyword and got more.
How can we make this happen?
It's being worked on already. It'll just take a long time. There is a plan to revamp the homebrew tools and option of creating a class probably won't appear until after that since the revamp should, theoretically, make such a thing easier to implement. Given the difficulty of the endeavour and similar factors and the speed of implementing previous large projects I would expect it late 2020 at the earliest, with 2021 being more likely.
