Type in "weretiger" and you fail your investigation check.
Type in "tiger" and "weretiger" is an option with full stats.
Also, there is apparently no way to roll a werecat as a PC, unless you want to fake it as a Changeling...
wercats aren't an official player race. But you could always homebrew the race and use that to build a were at PC.
