It's worth noting that, from what I know of it, the D&D Encounters version of Out of the Abyss that you're talking about is basically just the first 3 chapters of the full adventure, adapted slightly for Adventurers League play.
Is there a particular reason you would want that version of the adventure to be released on D&D Beyond?

the aventurers league aren't the exact full story. the adventurers league plays are much more like small adventures self incase that can be push into any stories. but i believe he just wants more free stuff.
that said, WotC already seems to think more free stuff is a good thing since they already gave us a bunch of free stuff already. so my guess is... many more adventures are gonna be free. but not big books. i dont think AL stories are ever gonna come our way. after all, AL is designed for cons and organised play. those are rare occurences and almost collectible adventures that one can boast from his plays. so i doubt them to ever come our way. even finding them online is hard as is, you need to be logged in as an adventurer league game masters for it.

Because they're already freebies. I downloaded the adventure I mentioned from the WotC website, a year or so ago gratis. They were posting adventure fragments to help folks cope with covid burn out, and I suspect it was a pretty reasonable marketing strategy.
Hey, hello.
Now that D&D 5e and D&D beyond have merged, is there a chance some of the shorter free campaigns (like DDEO Out of the Abyss) might be added?
Thanks for any input. And thanks for the Starter set campaign. Great fun.
I don't think Wizard Buying DndBeyond will affect the type of content they put out.
