It's not a bug but a very very annoying part of character creation I realised while trying to help one of my new players create their first character... Is that when you click on a race or subrace, to check on the race/subrace's properties... And the popup with details for that race comes up, it scrolls the entire page behind it all the way to the top so if you want to check out the next option, you have to scroll down the page again, and again, and again... Every, single, time.
If you want to check the race info more easily just go to the Races(Top Navigation > Game Rules > Races) page. That page is there so you can review the races more easily.
The race popup thing in the builder is just a reminder, not designed for you to cycle through races. The idea is: pages are there to learn and make your decisions, builder is there to make what you've already decided on.
