I have already bought Xanathar's guide in pdf form, and I was wondering if I could get a physical copy shipped to my house since I technically already bought it
And even if you meant some other electronic form and used 'pdf' as a shorthand, there is no current option to provide proof of purchase of an electronic edition and receive a second copy for free in print form. There are some bundles through the WotC website, but then you're buying both at once, not getting one for free.

No 5e book is legally available as a pdf. So no, you cannot.
