I'm trying to add observant as a feat to my character and I know its in the PHB but its not apppearing when I try to add it. Is there another source I have to buy to get it or is this a bug???

I know you got this figured out, but I do want to point out that for anything you may want in the future you don't have to purchase the entire sourcebook or adventure, you can buy just the feat/race/subclass etc.
