I went through the Sword Coat Adventurer's Guide and here are the corrections I found. Also, I noticed that the SCAG follows the formatting of the physical copy of the book much more closely than the PHB. For example, there are lot of paragraphs throughout the source books where a bolded title is given at the start of the paragraph. In the physical texts these bolded paragraph titles are often italicized as well. In the SCAG this is often mirrored in the digital version here on DnD Beyond (I've listed a few places where this was not done for the SCAG below), however for the PHB these titles are never italicized.
Chapter 1: Welcome to the Realms
In the Mythals section, the word identify in the second sentence of the 5th paragraph should link to the identify spell.
In the Religious Institutions section, the words Divine Magic in the 1st paragraph should link to the Divine Magic section later in the chapter.
In the Azuth section, the word light in the last paragraph should link to the light spell.
Chapter 2: The Sword Coast and the North
In the Fallen Dwarven Kingdoms and their Marks text bubble, the terms Haunghdannar., Gharraghaur., and Delzoun. at the start of the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th paragraphs respectively should be bolded and italicized.
In the Services section, the terms Copied Lore., Spellbooks., and Works of the Avowed. at the start of the 3rd, 4th, and 5th paragraphs respectively should be bolded and italicized.
In the Other Communities section, the terms Berdusk., Scornubel., and Soubar. at the start of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th paragraphs respectively should be bolded and italicized.
In the Duergar Subrace Traits section, the bolded feature names at the start of each paragraph, e.g., Ability Score Increase., should also be italicized.
In the Drow Deities section, the bolded paragraph titles should be also be italicized.
In the Ghostwise Halfling text bubble, the bolded feature names should also be italicized.
In the Moonwells section, the words lesser restoration in the first paragraph should link to the lesser restoration spell. Also, the words commune and scrying in the third paragraph should link to the commune and scrying spells respectively.
In the Searing Arc Strike feature description of the Way of the Sun Soul monk archetype, the words burning hands should link to the burning hands spell (2 instances).
In the Channel Divinity feature for the Oath of the Crown paladin archetype, the terms Champion Challenge. and Turn the Tide. at the start of the 2nd and 3rd paragraphs respectively should be bolded and italicized.
In the Among the Dead feature of the Undying warlock archetype, the words spare the dying in the 1st paragraph should link to the spare the dying spell. Also, the word fireball in the 2nd paragraph should link to the fireball spell.
In the Defy Death feature of the Undying warlock archetype, the words spare the dying at the end of the 1st paragraph should link to the spare the dying spell.
In the Wizards section, the words chapter 1 should link to chapter 1 of the SCAG.

In the Channel Divinity: Arcane Abjuration feature of the Arcana Domain cleric archetype, the word banishment in the last paragraph should link to the banishment spell.
In the Moonwells section, the words lesser restoration in the first paragraph should link to the lesser restoration spell. Also, the words commune and scrying in the third paragraph should link to the commune and scrying spells respectively.
