Not really sure where to put this, but, I’m running Storm Kings Thunder and as I was reading it through I noticed that there are traps marked in red on the player maps. Is this normal? Not a great trap if it’s highlighted.
It's a limitation of the maps DDB receives from WOTC. Sometimes the map files they receive put all of the secret doors/traps/etc. on a separate layer or layers from the "base" map and sometimes they don't. And sometimes some of those things are in separate layers and others aren't. DDB can remove those separate layers to create a player map, but if things like traps or secret doors are "painted" on the "base" layer, there's nothing DDB can do to fix it.
