Hey I cant seen to find a few races in my create a character. I have Volo Monster book but lizardfolk, kobold, Yuan Ti, and Orc are all missing for me and i just wanna know if it's a bug or an update?

Top right of page click your username.

In sub-menu that opens click Account.

On page that appears click Marketplace tab.

It should mention entitlements. If it gives a link to resynch your entitlements click it. 

If that does not work or if it says they're in synch, try logging out and back in. 

If that does not work raise a support ticket by clicking Contact Us at the very bottom of your page because something has gone wrong with your purchase.

Make sure also that you bought the whole book and not the compendium version (which you can also check on the account page).
