I see that a player in one of my campaigns has access to Water Breathing as a 1st level spell, with a duration of 2 hours and concentration. I have never seen this before, as the version I see in the PHB is 24 hours not concentration. I tried making a new character to test and it shows up as an option for me as well. Is this a bug, or an errata that I've never seen before, or a different spell entirely with the same name?
I'd say it's definitely a homebrew. If the spell details contain something like "Source: PHB, pg. 287" then it's official, but if there's "Version: " instead, then it's homebrew.
If you've got content sharing enabled on the campaign, then any homebrew that you or your players have created, or added to their collection from published homebrews, is available to everyone else in the campaign.

Hello all!

Thanks!
