I have just bought XGTE using Google pay though the dnd beyond app, the money has been taken from my account for the purchase but according to the library and the licences page, I do not own it. Need a refund or this sorted out ,i don't mind which.

Easiest thing to check first: Make sure your entitlements are sync'd at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace
Second thing to check, did you use the correct account to purchase it. You can see which account is linked at https://www.dndbeyond.com/account
