Hi, I just purchased the hero subscription presuming it would allow me access to all source books but I am unable to select the Tiefling bloodlines which are in Mordnkainens Tome of Foes. Any help would be appreciated
The "Compare Subscription Plans" chart that is displayed when you go to purchase a subscription lists "Purchase and Use Official Content in Toolset" as an option for Free, Hero, and Master tier plans. I've added the emphasis on purchase. Regardless of whether you have a subscription or not, you must purchase the official content.

Subscriptions do not unlock content. If you want access to book content - you need to purchase the book (or have it shared to you via a campaign).
