I'm the DM for my group and I'm hosting the campaign on my DNDBeyond account. My first player set up their character sheet and account no problem, but my second player is having some issues accessing her character. Neither she nor I can open the character sheet, neither to view or edit. When we click on the buttons, it just redirects us back to the Campaign page. Even examining the link for the View and Edit buttons, it's the link for the campaign page. My first player can access both character sheets no problem, but I the DM and the actual player of that character can't even open it. Any thoughts on what might be the issue here?
Given that others, including myself, can see the sheet in the link provided it would suggest that it's a local issue. The most common problem would be a browser extension, although badly sent cookies or cache could do that too. It could be a VPN or security software (Kaspersky is a troublesome little thing for example), or some setting in the browser. Trying on a different device or network and with different browsers will generally help you narrow down where the issue is occurring.

My DM is having similar situation. They can't open my character sheet from the campaign. I've made sure that the character is public. Any other things I might be missing?
I'm having the same issue with one of my players. The other 3 work fine its is just him. We have recreated his character, created a new random, no difference. Anything created in his account cant be accessed through the campaign on the website. I can access it through the app.

You have special characters in your display name (@ and #, possibly even the .) which is probably the reason why.

Here is the character sheet (had to have player 1 send it to me lol): https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/51760037
That's the Share link for the character, so not the same as the actual character link.
Is the player able to go to their My Characters page and see the character they created there? Does the View/Edit link work from there?

Is this problem still happening?

I know, unfortunately that's the only link either of us have access to. She can't access it in the My Characters page either.
Yeah, it's still happening unfortunately. I've tried troubleshooting but nothing is working
Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and signing back in?

Yeah, still no dice. I'm gonna try making a new campaign to put all my PCs into and see if that helps?
Are you running an extension like Beyond20? See if turning that off lets you access the character.

Nope no extensions. I'm really baffled here.

@Arenlor any ideas?

Go to this thread to request a display name change: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/bugs-support/65846-display-name-change-request-thread-v2
(Other folks here, check whether your players with unviewable characters have display names that contain special characters - this includes SPACES!)
