Have a character in one of the campaigns I am in that picked Blue Dragon as their Dragon Ancestor and when you look at the Elemental Affinity, it shows 'Elemental Affinity (Fire). I tested it for Blue and Brass does not show with correctly.
I tested it just now myself and am not seeing the same behavior as what is on your character sheet. I'm wondering if this is a similar issue to multiple fighting styles being selected.
If you go back to the Class page of the Character Builder and expand the Dragon Ancestor feature, try selecting - Choose an Option - again from the list, as many times as necessary until it "sticks" ...
... and then try re-selecting the desired Ancestry.
If that doesn't work, perhaps a forum mod will be able to have a closer look at the character sheet.
Yes, I see that on your character sheet. I'm not able to reproduce this behavior, though. Which is why I suggest attempting to fully remove the Dragon Ancestor, as there may be some "stickiness" to the choice. This occasionally happens with other features, like Fighting Style.
I see, I have not been able to fix it on the other character sheet, but if I create a new character and level it works correctly. Thanks for the input.
I am having the same issue, though the damage type for Elemental Affinity rotates through a seemingly random set of damage types each type I reload the page. I also don't really want to rebuild my character from scratch (per the suggested fix for Veras), as I have put a lot of work into customizing spells, equipment, etc.

This character sheet shows that Blue Dragon was selected for Dragon Ancestor and that the Elemental Affinity is Fire not lighting: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/47447001.
