When I try to create a Barbarian with a proficiency in Athletics, it doesn't allow me as Athletics isn't listed as an option.

D&D Beyond FoundersYou probably already have athletics selected as a proficiency elsewhere in the character building process - check on previous pages.

If you are doing a Goliath Barbarian, you already have it, and that's why it doesn't show as an option.
