I don't believe so. Why not just have that player make the campaign? If it's an issue of content sharing, you can choose to content share as a player, I believe.
Being able to "transfer the DM chair" to another member of the campaign is a feature that has been asked for a fair amount and is absolutely on the list for development.
As per above advice though, for now, it's best to get the DM to create the campaign.

Ah cool! I guess I jumped the gun with making the campaign myself, the DM should make it then himself.
