I want to create an item which grants a feat from Xanathar's (Fey Teleportation), but this feat does not appear in the list of 'subtypes', even though I have unlocked Xanathar's.
currently you're only able to add feats/spells from the Basic Rules.
This decision was made to prevent situations where homebrew could be created and shared using feats/spells that the people it is shared with don't have access to (likely causing them issues).
The dev team are working on a solution to better manage this.
