I'm getting the consistent +2 for both one-handed and two-handed.
Can you link your character sheet? At a glance, my first thought is that your character has the Dueling fighting style (meaning the 1-handed would have an additional +2 added to it), but a link to your character sheet will let me verify for sure.

Title says it all, see picture below of the two handed only being 1d8+7 as opposed to being +9 which it should be like the one handed option
