After logging in to the site, trying to access https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/subscriptions/manage, after a small load time, returns an error message: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Same here. I wrote to the support twice last week and no response
Support tickets are addressed in the order they're received, but it's inadvisable to enter multiple tickets as that will just put you further down the queue as each additional ticket resets your position in the ticketing system
I am having the same issue. I am trying to check my subscription status as I think it needs to be re-upped this month. Any help checking my status in the meantime, while this is being dealt with is appriciated.
Any update on this besides someone saying don't submit multiple tickets? I've been wanting to cancel my Master Tier. Any other way to do this besides the broken for months now Manage Subscription?

It's been more like a week or so since this bug started instead of months, but there's nothing more we've been told since the report 5 days ago that the dev team has been made aware of the issue.

Yup, just waiting for more people to see this and post about it until they fix it. My players can't level up their characters until this is fixed since I can't renew my subscription.
I am running into issues with my game as well and players being able to access their characters and level up because I can't renew my subscription. Does Dndbeyond not want my money?!?!?!? Anyway we could get an update on this?
Well atleast I now know I didn't do something to my browsers. Been wanting to upgrade to master to assist my players with a new campaign. With page not loading because of this error, that is impossible.
If you need to get a subscription resolved sooner rather than later and/or need to request a refund for a subscription payment since you weren't able to cancel due to the error, I suggest you submit a support ticket.

I'm sincerely curious how this can continue to be a situation of such epic frustration. For instance, the fact that you've ALWAYS - to the best of my knowledge - had to allow a subscription to lapse before you could update a card number, etc.
This is the MOST basic functionality the site could possibly need, and for those of us who are power users it's insanely frustrating -- enough so that several folks I know are considering cancelling their subscriptions and we're all power users (at least three of us own every piece of content on the site). I'm not complaining to just complain. I LOVE DND BEYOND! I'm just genuinely confused and would like some kind of answer about WHY this continues to be a persistent issue and why, in this particular instance, the error is actually occurring. Joe or Mellie or someone probably needs to address this on DEV UPDATE if that isn't already planned.

I actually sent the support team a question at the start of the month about whether I could just update my card info. Their response was that they'd very recently set up a new payment system that would allow for that, but only for new subscriptions going forward, meaning I'd still need to cancel my sub and resub this time. Which, okay, at least they were getting the system together.
Of course then the next week the current error stuff happened so... still got kinks to work out? Or this might be unrelated to the new payment system and they need to finish tracking it down. Soon, we hope.

After logging in to the site, trying to access https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/subscriptions/manage, after a small load time, returns an error message:
Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).
Opening up the browser console the error appears to stem from this file: https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/_next/static/chunks/pages/_app-3335cdb468dd9ace.js

I've used two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and each time had the same issue, cleared cache, and the issue persists.
I can confirm that this error happens. Definitely a code bug.

Ah good, recent posts on this so must be a current issue! Posting to follow. :)

I am trying to cancel my subscription and can’t due to this bug. I’ve now been charged another month. Pretty frustrating…
Awesome - I thought it was just me! Hopefully this doesn't take too much longer to sort as I think my sub is due sometime within the next week.

I share the same frustrations. I have spent a lot of money on this site, and my games are on standstill because of how much I relied on it.

This is really ridiculous. This is the 3rd day that I've been essentially locked out of my account.
I cannot re-subscribe to the Hero Tier, and I cannot even cancel the subscription, it just gives an error!
I have sent a support ticket 2 days ago, but no response from D&D Beyond so far. When are they going to deal with this!
Same here! I'm trying to re-sub, and I just keep getting routed to the same page for the past three days.
Check out my homebrew!
