are presumably meant to link to the tagged (anchor) section (FightingStyle) however, there does not to be any anchor tags, or anything that uses the "name" attribute, and so you are not brought to the correct (or any) section when you click such a link.
This seems to be an issue throughout the site... however, it wasn't always broken, not sure when it was.
I tested in chrome with extensions disabled and edge

It might be just me, but the spells list in the players handbook contents page all point to the same URL, and do not use the Anchors.
they all point to https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/phb/spells
instead of https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/phb/spells#WizardSpells
