I just tried the new CR discount code to buy the new Mordenkainen's book, and it said the code didn't apply to anything in my cart. Can I not use the code for preordering that book ?

The fix was still deploying out across all nodes. Remove the coupon from your cart and re-apply it.
Just tried to apply the code again to a list of books, and it came back saying there were no items it was applicable to.
30 minutes ago I could apply it to a single item, but not a bundle item, I could also apply it to a small list of items, ie the players handbook and DMG, but can't add it to a large list.
Help! I bought two books early tonight (Volo's and the monster manual) and the code seem to register but it only took off a total of $7.50. I can live with that but now that code is working properly, I tried to buy the other 3 rules books and now it won't allow it because "the code has been claimed." I'd love to give you my money and by the whole set but I've been waiting for a code just like this one. Can you help a new DM out?

you should contact the support to get the books refunded and then order them again once the code is working

Im getting this also, i tried it on Monster manual and im getting the same thing
The code worked for me, but It's only giving me 21.25% off the sword coast book.

Still not applying to mordenkainens unfortunately
You only lose if you die. Any time else, there's opportunity for a come back.
