I am wanting to put Races and Classes from Underworld Races and Classes into the Homebrew Section of my Account so my players can use them during character creation. URC is made by AAW Games. I asked them if it was okay and I quote "I would love to have it all freely available via D&D Beyond... if someone wants to get in touch with their admin (and input the races & classes), I can approve it! " So if an Admin could give let me know if this is allowed. That would be great. Or at least tell me how to get in touch with an admin. Thanks for the help.
To add to that for clarity - you ARE allowed to create them all as homebrew as long as you keep them keep them private. YOUR players will still be able to access them, they just aren't publicly available.

Hi there,
We appreciate you reaching out but the rules on publishing homebrew are very clear - you are only allowed to do so if you are the creator.
Regardless of permission, you may not publish homebrew on someone else's behalf.
Unfortunately, there are many legal reasons why this has to be the case.
