In the cantrip list on the character sheet, the cantrip Blade Ward is missing, and instead, there is a copy of the cantrip Acid Splash:
Blade Ward can be unlocked only with a purchase from the Marketplace, or via content sharing.
Copy_of, you should check who has it in your campaign, or deactivate the homebrew altogether on your character editor.
Thank you, that did indeed solve it.
Question though: why is Blade Ward not free, since it did appear in the Princes of the Apocalypse online supplement, which is free?
Oh, Blade Ward is from the PHB, not the Elemental Evil Companion.
Ah, that makes it more clear. So it depends on where the spell was first published, instead of whether or not it has been in a free publication? Thanks.
Blade Ward has never been in a free publication. Here below the link to the latest Elemental Evil Companion version. It isn't in there.
