I just created a new goliath warlock character with a +3 constitution modifier. Their HP should be 11, but the character sheet says I only have 3 max HP. Help?
Check the override HP box.
I mean, I can override it, but I figured it's a bug and should still be reported as such :/.
There's no bug - I suspect that you have hitpoints set to "manual" and haven't entered the number of hitpoints "rolled" at first level.

If you have still the problem, post here the URL of your character sheet.
