Just a little bug report.

Medium Armor Masty doesn't Grant the Extra AC you get with Dexterity 16

What armor are you trying to equip? I just tested this on a character and it correctly adds 3 instead of 2.

Can you provide more details of your character and the changes you are making that is causing this issue? It will be easier to help if we had more info.

I confused chain mail with a chain shirt.

chain mail isn't medium armor.
