In posts with [ roll ]s, sometimes happens that the post gets the "This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results." red label even if the post was never edited!
but there are many - it does not happen frequently, but it does happen - and it is annoying.
To tell the truth, probably the whole [ roll ]s management mechanism should be reviewed, because it makes very little sense that, when you edit a post without changing the content of any of the [ roll ]s, you are likely to get the random values regenerated, with the consequent appearance of the manipulation warning.
But I don't ask for this (although I would like to); I just ask that at least this bug be fixed, because it should be really easy to fix, even with a simple workaround without complex logic: come on! You already have a mechanism that allows you to detect whether a post is edited or not - and this works. And you already have a manipulation detection mechanism - and this sometimes gives false positives. Insert at least one check that, if the post is not modified, the manipulation check is not performed (or even only the manipulation warning is not shown)!
It should be a quick, simple fix and it would avoid some annoyance to those who often use [ roll ]s, such as those who play in Play by Post campaigns.
Yes, this continues to be a problem. It's intermittent but can really mess up a game. Be sure to submit a ticket when this happens to you. It's one of several bugs that plague the dice roller.

An example I've seen recently is

Agreed, I've seen this glitch several times and I find it extremely annoying.
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
Provide feedback!
Just noticed that this happened to my post on page 6 of this thread: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/play-by-post/173947-hell-be-the-father-of-my-child-a-quest-ive?page=8#c160. Post has not been edited but it is now flagged as being potentially manipulated.
