I started the OGL feedback survey and it kicked me out immediately saying I had already submitted info. A major bug. Can I please get assistance with this?
As a long time, loyal user I find this very upsetting. I’m am now considering downgrading my account. I’ve been here since almost the beginning so I’m really sad to see things fall apart this badly. I’m contemplating stepping away from all things Wizards as a consequence. I find this all very heartbreaking.

Probably a major bug, many has already respond the survey, i'm already
It doesn't work if you leave the tab before trying to go back to it. It will then register you as having already given your feedback, and won't let you do it again.
This happened to me, and just completing the forms under another google account and email should bypass it.

I can't fill out the survey either, same reason. Support also is unresponsive for several days. I was going to reactivate my subscription after the apology announcement, but now I'm not so sure…
if you hit the back arrow or reload it kicks you and sets the survey to complete. it's likely some connection error cause their page to reload right away and BOOM locked out.
i mean it wasn't even really the right person apologizing. it was the executive producer they hired back in what? november? i'd like to hear from the people who actually work on the game and/or those making decisions in an apology.

I just completed the survey couple of minutes ago, worked for me just fine. So, there is no consistant indication what happend to OP's survey.

it happens when companies get acquired. do be aware if you drop your sub you do keep your status for however you've already paid for.
