I've had a subclass locked in moderation since the 17th, I was wondering if it's stuck or bugged or if moderation on subclasses actually takes that long?
I'll go ahead and add that we've put a handful through early to populate the new feature. A couple do seem to have somehow 'jumped the queue', but otherwise it's as Stormknight and Filcat say.
Am I correct in understanding the only way to share something with someone if it's not public is to create a campaign and have them create a character in that campaign?

The expected moderation time for any homebrew is two weeks, at a minimum.
We are working to reduce this, but currently you can expect about 2 weeks.

"We got this, no problem! I'll take the twenty on the left - you guys handle the one on the right!"🔊

Yes, the sharing of homebrew content is automatic within a campaign and there is no need of a Master Tier subscription.
