There is no direct access to the "Hoard of the Dragon Queen" source material.
The adventure is no longer listed under adventures.
I'm currently running chapter 3 with my weekly group and I reference the material for building my GM notes.
I'm unsatisfied about the current state of DnD Beyond website.

so i basically lost $19.99? for i still have it listed on my receipt for my Google account & don't have access to the adventure

ModeratorNo. HOTDQ and Rise of Tiamat were combined into a single book: Tyranny of Dragons. Anyone who purchased either book was given access to the combined one, so if you only purchased HOTDQ, you've gotten more, not less.
