Dhampir conversion

There are two ways to be a Dhampir, create at initial character creation, or the character becomes a one afterwards (even right after). The former is fine, but there should be a way to convert a race of an already created character to Dhampir (keeping its climbing, flying, or swimming speed, languages, and skills but removing the old racial abilities and adding the new ones).

I'm actually still having issues seeing where to add lineages during character creation. Is it in background? All i see is customize origin but nothing about choosing any of the Ravenloft lineages. 

Editing: I realized i hadn't bought Ravenloft digitally because i own it already physically, so i went to just buy the lineage i wanted, and discovered that apparently you can no longer buy content piecemeal like you used to, which was one of the best features of this marketplace. So that's extremely annoying. But if anyone can confirm that if you have purchased ravenloft content, how to access the lineages during character creation, it would still be extremely helpful. 

I'm sorry for being almost two years late to this. When you select a species for your character the ravenloft lineages all show up as subspecies under lineages

Kinda like if they were different subspecies of elf except without them sharing something (for example how all elves have trance)
