In the class features table for the Rogue in the Player's Handbook, the Evasion feature links to the Monk Evasion feature instead of the Rogue one.
I am having the same problem. I have a high elf rogue. My evasion only shows up when editing my character.
It's on the character sheet, under the FEATURES & TRAITS tab.
