"Thrown" weapons are generally melee weapons; the "thrown" property specifies that "If the weapon is a melee weapon, you use the same ability modifier for that attack roll and damage roll that you would use for a melee attack with the weapon."
Nets and darts, however, are already ranged weapons despite having "thrown" (honestly "thrown" is entirely unncessary and redundant on these items, but whatever...).Dndbeyond is improperly calculating to-hit with nets and darts based on Strength, not Dexterity, and this is not allowable as neither are melee weapons.
I will concede that darts are finesse, but for nets at least, that is not what the thrown property does, filcat. Read thrown more closely: it does not say that you may use strength to make attacks with non-melee thrown weapons.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
Dart has the finesse property, so you can use either Strength or Dexterity for the ranged weapon attack.
Net has the thrown property, so you use the same ability to make the attack as you would in melee, namely Strength.

Yes, I stand corrected on the net. Thrown in the case of nets and darts just means that the weapon is, well, thrown.
I'll pass this for a fix. Thanks.
