Hello! When taking the Martial Adept feat as a battle master, the maneuvers and superiority dice should be added to those offered by the class.
The fact this is not implemented RAW may have to do with the D&D Beyond summary of the Feat missing the substantive details about taking this as a Battle Master (you gain one more of your regular battle master dice).
I just noticed this also. The die should be a d6. But I agree that the maneuvers should be listed with the others. There is nothing in the manual that indicates that the D6 is the only die that can be used for the two new maneuvers.
So ideally you should have your normal superiority die (x number of D8s or higher) and one additional D6. All of them are once per short rest. Any maneuver can be triggered with any superiority die.

Thank you!
I have noticed this as well. It should be adding the superiority dies as a d8 (minimum) and adding the maneuvers to the actions section.
