I'm trying to change my payment plan from semi-annual to annual, but I couldn't find how to do it in the official site's subscription page. I also tried changing it in the d&d beyond mobile app, but it kept showing me an error screen saying "We could not process your purchase. Please contact our support team."
How can I change my payment plan, or at least contact the support to learn how?
