I only preordered the 30 dollar version. Is it really the case that only people who paid 100 dollars get the book early??? I read this was suppsoed to be the case for anyone who preordered the digital version.... I kind of feel scammed right now. I specifically preordred to get early access.

Only the digital + physical bundle sold through dndstore.wizards.com grants early access
Keys aren't going out to us that ordered the $100+ bundle either. Their system is having issues. Wish I was in your boat honestly. Might send it up the chain of command Davyd if you have the contacts.
Yep. I pre-ordered the bundle. Still waiting on a key. I found a post on their "customer service" page that says they don't guarantee any specific time for keys to go out. Good luck, adventurers.
Most of the time the keys go out as soon as the order goes through even months in advance. Them not having them ready in the advertised Early Access period is bordering on false advertising, but it seems like for most of us the payment isn't being processed despite getting an email receipt. Chances are they messed up the system when they did the physical delay.
I've ordered my Digital + Physical book at the beginning of August. In my confirmation email, i got my key using the link "If your order came with codes to redeem for digital products, please click here to get access to your products".
I've activated it some time ago and i can confirm it is listed in my Order History and now in my Sourcebook bundle. I can access it's content. I may have early access but i got other books to read, so, it is not my priority at this time.
If you haven't received your key, please contact customer support via this link
If you follow this link you'll see a notice that says, please don't enter any more tickets about The Deck Of Many Things.
You know where that notification ISN'T? On the screen where you can STILL preorder the damn thing!!
The intent of the banner is to communicate that you shouldn't submit more than one ticket if you've not received your code, as this will delay any support response. If you haven't submitted a ticket, you should do so.
I've passed on feedback about clarifying the wording to avoid any confusion.
To reiterate
If you haven't received your key and have not already submitted a ticket, please contact customer support viathis link
