It appears I have lost my master level subscription and cannot reach any of my characters. When I go the the Subscription page, a Server Error page appears.
My character page says I'm not subscribed and have exceeded the free limit of 6 characters, even though I just got the email receipt proving I still am.
Sounds like your subscription expired, then. You’ll need to renew if you want to continue using it. Otherwise you’ll have to go to My Characters and choose which six characters you want to keep unlocked.

Oh so I picked the absolute best day to start my master subscription then. Great.
Having same problem. Couldn't access my character for a game tonight. Made it very awkward to play without a character sheet.... :(

It says it cannot process payment and does not give me any way to fix it. Nothing has changed on my side so I'm not sure what's going on.

I’m getting the same problem now. For a moment I could access all my characters again, but now I can’t… le waa
I had this issue a few months ago and it seemed to resolved itself however I am having this issue again, it seems the issue hasn't been fixed.
Is there anything that I can do to fix it, I have tested on 2 different computers and different browsers across both computers.
