Genie's Wrath is as much an action as "Sneak Attack" (extra damage to a single attack per turn) and should be listed in the Actions section, where players look for things to do every turn in combat, not just the Features and Traits section, which contains combat actions mixed in with lots more long-term background powers etc.
Yet my dual-class Thief/Warlock has only one of them listed. Needs to be extracted from Genie's Vessel: Bottled Respite to become an action.
[edit: deleted "database record of its own, parallel to Genie's Vessel, not stuffed inside its description text" since Cyb3rm1nd explained the issue more fully , thanks]
Not a bug. It is simply not implemented the way you want. Sneak attack is added as a separate roll action for convenience. For Genie's Wrath the damage is not a separate roll action because there is nothing to roll - it's just the proficiency bonus and the proficiency bonus is already adequately displayed on your sheet above your actions. There is no point in repeating it.
It would be convenient for "extra damage" features to auto-roll but this is not currently set up for anything as the base code architecture does not support it. It would be a huge undertaking to rewrite so much for such a small convenience, especially when they already have so much they need to do trying to get new books and the One D&D stuff coded in.

If it's not a bug, then it is a bug that Sneak Attack does appear in the Actions panel, since the mechanics are identical.
I don't care about auto-roll. I play face-to-face at a table with physical dice.
I do care about paying $1.99 for a subclass and then having the PDF and webapp hide the subclass' most important feature, that i want to be reminded about every turn, inside a notes panel when it is as clear as day to me and dozens of other bug reporters that it should be in the Actions panel, just like Sneak Attack is.

As explained, they are not identical. Sneak Attack is a roll so it is added to a place where you can conveniently roll the extra damage. Genie's Wrath is not a roll, it is just adding proficiency bonus as damage and your proficiency bonus is a static number not a roll and is already showing on your sheet.

It's not hidden. There is a place for class features on your sheet and it is listed there. If you need a reminder, that's on you. Just make a sticky note or make a custom action if you need to. Here's how.

You've been very helpful, and I really appreciate the effort. I will try to make a custom action and see if that helps.
I reported this as a bug because the entire point of this app is to keep track of confusing rules like this and remind us (especially new) players how to play this complicated game. "Actions" is on the front page of the PDF and its own section in the webapp and is where players look every single turn in combat for powers like this one. People will continue to be astonished and annoyed at how this works currently.

In the PDF, it belongs in "Actions: ==SPECIAL==".
In the webapp, it belongs in "Actions: Other".

This same bug has been reported repeatedly since 2019. Honest question: do dndbeyond devs ever fix bugs? Is there a queue or ticket app?

Then there's no issue? Just add the +2, up to +6, as it shows in the proficiency bonus box.
