Use the link on the campaign that you would send to a player and paste it into your browser, you will get the option to create a new character or add an existing one.
If you want a player in the campaign to be able to control it, you can then unassign it and they can claim it.
I've got a dms subscription, and I have an NPC that I want to add to my campaign so that a new player can control it.
How do I add an existing character to an existing campaign?
