And keep in mind of time zones and business hours, so expecting it to release on April 16 GMT 00:00 is extremely unrealistic. Local time in California right now is April 15 PST 17:12. I think Beyond's headquarters is in Alabama, and their local time is April 15 CST 19:12.
I have the same problem. I preordered the physical/digital bundle but hae no idea how to claim the prequel now it is out? Do I need to use my link to validate my digital content even though the Eve of Ruin adventure isnt out yet?
For anyone that pre-ordered the digital only version; you can find the adventure in Sources > View All Adventures or by going directly to the adventure here
For anyone that pre-ordered the digital + physical bundle version, you will need to make sure you have redeemed the code you were sent when you ordered. Please check your spam folder if you can't find it. Codes can be redeemed here.
If you've done the above and still can't access the adventure, you'll need to check your entitlements are in sync by going to Account > Marketplace and checking the first section titled Account Entitlements. If there's a sync now button, click that.
If none of the above helps you access the adventure and you believe you should have access to it, please enter a single support ticket here.
I have done all of the above including a support ticket. I was told that they have manually applied a fix to my accounts entitlements. That was 7 hours ago and still no process or responses to why my order has disappeared and i can not access my perks.
any other suggestions?

From the article: https://www.dndbeyond.com/posts/1680-unlock-a-prequel-adventure-when-you-preorder-vecna
"When you preorder your digital copy of Vecna: Eve of Ruin or the Vecna: Eve of Ruin digital + physical bundle before May 21, you'll qualify to receive Nest of the Eldritch Eye as a preorder perk. The preorder perk will release on April 16. You can otherwise purchase Nest of the Eldritch Eye for $4.99 after Eve of Ruin drops on May 21!"

As usual, you go to the sources tab and look for it under the adventure section.
