This is an issue with your device/browser. Try using different ones, checking for VPNs and extensions, and all the usuals. We can't really help beyond that since the error is with you and not D&D Beyond.

Just had this issue occur. Fixed it in 2 minutes. 

Close all dndbeyond tabs, open a new tab not related to dndbeyond, click F12 and right click the browser's refresh page, then click empty cache and hard reset. 

The key part is to be sure to close all the dndbeyond tabs first, i think. I tried the f12 and empty cache method first thing but i had tabs open still and nothing happened. Next i tried closing all the related to dndbeyond and then trying the f12 empty cache and hard reset method. I don't know if i got lucky but it seemed to work for me that way! Hope this helps others out.
