I had a similar issue when I somehow opened their character sheets in view only mode, which doesn't allow you to access the options menu - I think this is something that needs to be a little clearer.
Are you able to edit the characters or access other menu options? If not, try refreshing the campaign page and accessing the characters from there again?
For some reason I can’t export and print my player’s character sheets anymore... Any help?

I can fully edit the characters without issue but no export. Not even while in edit mode. Seems like a bug maybe?

Exporting on iOS produces a blank PDF for me. Exporting on MacBook works fine.
