So I haven't logged in in a while, because life. I've been considering buying the SUPER bundle.. but....
I had bought the Tabaxi, (The Raven ones, forget their name atm), and the Lizardfolk for character creation.... (This was 4-5+ months ago, mind you)
So I go to the store to see if the price has changed at all, and see the price is $360. and i see no 'prepurchased price deduction' like there used to be.
SO then I go to character creation to see if I still have access to the races I paid for. I do not.
I repeat, I do not have access to the races I paid for months ago.
I realize this is only $6.00 difference, but this makes me VERY VERY WARY of throwing $360 at the legendary bundle, if it's just going to 'disappear' again at your whim.
So staff.... what can we do here? because I am NOT willing to give you a PENNY if you can just take away my ALREADY purchased content (Especially since I haven't violated anything, I was offline for a few months, that's it)
Well either way, the issue is resolved. And no, i installed twitch ages ago, and i'm pretty sure I had to synch it to my main account (this one) not sure how that alternate account came to exist. Regardless, like I said, it's been solved. And thank you. The fact that this site, and twitch AUTO LOG you in even if oyu log out, UNLESS you clear your cookies was probably part of the cause though.

Yous should contact support to ask why your purchases are not available.

That seems to have fixed the issue.. but .. I don't recall EVER making a second account.....

D&D Beyond only has a 2nd account for you because you accessed the site whilst logged in with a different Twitch account to previously.
