At the time, they were not being sold as a bundle but as separate products. However, I preordered all three as a single order, and I can confirm that it was recognized as a bundle because I just received an email a few days ago with links to my preorder gifts (dice, artbook, gold dragon).
Anyway, I also have a Master Tier subscription here on D&D Beyond but do not yet have early access to the PHB. Will that be available soon for people outside the US who ordered the digital+physical versions?
That's nice and all, but I can tell you for a fact that it's not working for me. I checked the link and my data is in sync. I've submitted a ticket to support. At least I know that it is working for some people.

I'm having the same issue (UK). Did you get sorted?
EDIT: I had to go to the EU website that I made the purchase on, and go to order history. There was an option to "unlock the activation key". Then, go to D and D beyond and activate the code.

Caelando, thank you very much. This worked, and I finally have access to the books. I never did hear anything back from the ticket that I submitted more than a week ago. I guess customers are just expected to pay their money and then fend for themselves. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for stopping back here to provide an update with the solution.

This still did not work for our GM, he had no orders listed in the history. Any idea how to access the code instead?
We are waiting for it since preordering it in June/July.
There are no orders on the site where he ordered the books?
