Requirements are “level 4+, spellcasting” as per the 2024 PHB, but even though Eldritch Knights have spellcasting it doesn’t show up as a feat option for my lvl 20 character.
I would just use the legacy one, but then I miss out on the +1 to Int from the 2024 version.

Read the official bugs/support thread. Multiple feats with prerequisites are bugged right now. They're working on it.
